This 6-week workshop is designed to change the way you think about sustainability, flipping your mindset so that sustainability becomes a natural part of every decision you make.
The small group coaching approach makes this a very interactive experience, creating the space for you to learn from your fellow participants and develop a committed network of friends to support your personal journey. Space is limited to 6 participants.
During this course you will:
- Calculate your personal environmental footprint
- Identify and implement simple ways to find joy while reducing your impacts in each of the key impact areas
- Reflect on the progress you’ve made in each of the impact areas and incorporate these new habits into your life
Space is limited to 6 people per group to foster a deeper connection among participants.
Live Zoom meetings will be held each week; recordings will be shared immediately afterward for those who are unable to attend or want to watch again later.
Course materials include videos, checklists, book recommendations, and additional reference material to help you kickstart your sustainability journey.

I wanted to start a compost, cut down on plastics, eliminate food waste, make my own bread and yogurt, but needed a jump start, so I signed up for this 6-week workshop and my journey has truly felt like self-care. This workshop is not just about sustainability, it’s also about building resilience and self-reliance. Erin‘s style and the spirit of the discussion is not at all judgmental or pushy, and I found myself very open to sharing not only successes but also the struggles. She shares her own stories and experiences in such an honest way, which make the practices she promotes so relatable. As I continue my sustainability journey now that the workshop is over, the greatest gift Erin has given me is the willingness to tackle new challenges with the mindset of, “Hey, let’s just try this!”

I believe that sustainability must be accessible to everyone and regularly give scholarships to participants who are interested in learning, but don’t have the ability to pay full price. Please email me at email@example.com if you’d like to discuss scholarship opportunities for this course.
